Your 120-day guarantee begins from the date of your first submitted treatment. This ensures you have plenty of downtime between each session and to explore the benefits of Dermavel and see the real difference it can make.

2. Results Assurance & Qualification
We’re confident you’ll experience visible improvements with Dermavel. Our 120-day Results Assurance applies if, after four treatments, you don’t see a noticeable change in your skin’s appearance. Here’s how we define “improvement” for this guarantee:

Visible Improvement:
This includes reduction or elimination or fading of skin lesions, wrinkles, fine lines, or other targeted imperfections. Most people should notice a positive change in the texture, size, or overall appearance of the treated area in just 2 sessions.

Eligibility for Refund:
If there’s no visible improvement after four treatments, you may request a refund.

What Doesn’t Qualify for Refund:
Minor changes, gradual fading, or subjective dissatisfaction without visible changes do not qualify under our Results Assurance & Improvement Guarantee.

3. Document your Journey
Before each treatment, take a clear, unedited photo of the area being treated. Upload your photo through the link below. This documentation helps track your journey and ensures we can verify your experience.

4. Request a Refund
If, after completing four treatments, you’re still not satisfied with the results, reach out to us to request a refund. Submit your photos along with any details about your experience, and we’ll review your submission promptly.

In order to receive a full refund, returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories.

All items must be returned and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received.

We can only process returns for products sold on dermavel.com.

International orders:
Those with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by Dermavel.

5. Receive Your Refund
Once your submission is reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund without hassle, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with the outcome.

This guarantee applies to all orders placed on or after November 1, 2024. By using the Money-Back Guarantee, you agree to the associated Terms.
